We respect your privacy and will never sell, trade, or rent your personal data. To run our retreat and website services, we share information with a limited number of trusted partners:
- Hôtel Les Messugues: We share guest names, room selections, and dietary requirements with the hotel management in Saint-Paul-de-Vence to facilitate your stay and meals. We do NOT share your sensitive health or injury logs with the hotel.
- Formspree: Our booking interest and newsletter forms use Formspree to securely capture and deliver your submissions to our team inbox.
- EmailJS: We use EmailJS to deliver automated confirmation emails immediately after you submit a booking request.
- Email & Communication Tools: Standard office utilities used by our co-founders to correspond with you.
4. Data Storage, Security, and Transfers
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, disclosure, or unauthorised access.
