Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your booking registration for the Amary Yoga Retreat. By submitting the booking form and ticking the agreement checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

1. The Retreat

The retreat takes place from 5–10 May 2027 (5 nights, 6 days) at Hôtel Les Messugues, 76 Imp. des Messugues, 06570 Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France. The retreat requires a minimum of 5 participants to run, and is limited to a maximum of 15 guests.

By registering, you are expressing your intention to attend. Your place is only confirmed once we have received your deposit payment (see Section 3).

2. Booking

To register your interest, you must complete the booking form on our website and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Completion of the form alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.

We will contact you by email within 3 business days of receiving your registration to confirm availability and provide deposit payment details. Your place is formally secured only once your deposit has been received and confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payment

Room Rates

Pricing is per person and depends on room type and the pricing tier active at the time of booking:

• Super Early Bird (book by 30 June 2026) - Expired: Twin Share (Comfort Room) £1,399 • Twin Share (Deluxe Room) £1,499 • Single Occupancy (Comfort Room) £1,899
• Early Bird (book by 31 August 2026): Twin Share (Comfort Room) £1,499 • Twin Share (Deluxe Room) £1,599 • Single Occupancy (Comfort Room) £1,999
• Full Price (from 1 September 2026): Twin Share (Comfort Room) £1,599 • Twin Share (Deluxe Room) £1,699 • Single Occupancy (Comfort Room) £2,099

The pricing tier applicable to your booking is determined by the date on which your deposit payment is received, not the date of your registration.

Payment Schedule

The following payment schedule applies to all bookings:

• Deposit: £400 (non-refundable) due upon booking your place to confirm your reservation.
• Remaining balance: Paid in one installment, due by 1 December 2026.

Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in your place being released and offered to guests on our waiting list. We will contact you before taking this step.

All payments are made by bank transfer via a secure payment link we will send to you by email. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Guests paying from non-UK accounts may be subject to bank conversion fees, which are the guest's own responsibility.

Insolvency Protection (UK Package Travel Regulations)

In accordance with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, Amary Yoga Retreats Ltd is in the process of securing the mandatory insolvency protection to safeguard all guest payments. Once finalized, full details of our insolvency protection provider or trust account arrangement will be updated here and provided to all booked guests. This legally guarantees that in the unlikely event of our insolvency, your payments will be refunded in full.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to hello@amaryyogaretreats.com. The following terms apply:

• Deposit (£400): Non-refundable upon booking.
• Cancellation by 31 January 2027: Deposit is retained, remaining amount is refunded to you.
• From 1 February 2027 onwards: 100% non-refundable.

You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation at the time you pay your deposit.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat (for example, due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of all payments made. We will not be liable for any additional costs you have incurred, such as flights or travel insurance.

If the retreat is required to move dates or venue due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you with the alternative arrangements. If the revised arrangements are not acceptable to you, a full refund will be provided.

5. What Is Included

Your retreat price includes:

• 5 nights boutique accommodation at Hôtel Les Messugues in your chosen room type
• All daily breakfasts, and daily dinners including soft drinks and a limited selection of local wine shared at the table
• Four morning Vinyasa flows and meditation sessions
• Four late afternoon yoga practices
• Seaside yoga class with a guest teacher, including return transport
• One workshop with a guest yoga teacher
• Private vineyard visit with guided tour, wine tasting, and picnic lunch
• Local market visit
• Use of hotel amenities including pool, pétanque court, and grounds
• Yoga mats and equipment provided by us

The programme and activities are subject to minor refinement. We will always notify you of any changes in advance.

What Is Not Included

• Flights or train travel to Nice and mandatory travel insurance (must be purchased independently)
• Transfers to the hotel (though we can arrange a private transfer at cost or help coordinate group taxis with other guests)
• Daily lunches (except the vineyard picnic)
• Personal expenses, including any drinks or snacks purchased independently or from the hotel’s lovely honesty bar (which will be billed directly to your room and settled upon checkout).
• Optional add-ons (massage, museum entry, additional airport transfers)

Food, Beverages, and Incidental Hotel Charges

Amary Yoga Retreats provides full accommodation, daily breakfasts, and scheduled group meals as explicitly outlined in your retreat itinerary.

• Included Beverages: Complimentary soft drinks and a limited, curated selection of local wine are provided at the table during our group dinners. This is a modest offering designed to complement our meals and is not an open or bottomless bar.
• Personal Expenses & Honesty Bar: Any consumption from the hotel’s honesty bar, independent snack/drink purchases, room service, laundry, massages, or telephone calls are strictly not included in the retreat price. All such items operate on a personal-expense basis and must be logged by the guest and settled directly with the Hôtel Les Messugues reception prior to checkout. Amary Yoga Retreats is not liable for any individual incidental charges incurred during your stay.

6. Health & Liability

By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in yoga activities as described. You agree to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations at the time of booking and to update us if your situation changes before the retreat.

While our teachers will always offer modifications and aim to accommodate individual needs, participation in all yoga sessions and activities is at your own risk. In accordance with the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018:

• We accept responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services included in your booking package. If any part of your package is not performed as agreed, we will pay you appropriate compensation, subject to these terms.
• We will not be liable for any failure or improper performance of the services where it is attributable to: (a) your own actions or omissions; (b) a third party unconnected with the provision of the services and which was unforeseeable or unavoidable; or (c) unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (force majeure).
• Our liability for damages (other than for death, personal injury, or illness caused by our negligence or that of our suppliers) is limited to a maximum of three (3) times the total cost of your retreat booking.

You must hold comprehensive travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.

7. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs and/or video during the retreat for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending the retreat, you grant us permission to use such images in which you may appear.

If you would prefer not to appear in any published photography, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins and we will respect your wishes. This will not affect your booking in any way.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. We ask that all participants treat fellow guests, staff, and the hotel with courtesy and respect throughout the retreat.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of the retreat. In such cases, no refund will be given.

9. Privacy

We collect and store the personal information you provide at booking for the purpose of managing your reservation and communicating with you about the retreat. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your booking (e.g. providing your name to the hotel). 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
